What the machine is telling you.

Every hour of every day, the condenser fan drags kitchen air through the coil, and the coil keeps whatever rides along in it. As the blanket of dust thickens, the machine works longer and hotter for the same result, quietly spending compressor life to make up the difference.

Our service restores the airflow completely. Grille off, coil vacuumed and flushed, fan cleaned and tested, temperatures verified against factory spec before the panels go back on. Most of the major refrigeration failures we meet began as a coil nobody cleaned.

Where we look first.

Why it clogs

Everything airborne in a kitchen eventually lands in the coil. Pets and open floor plans speed up the schedule considerably.

What neglect costs

Higher electric bills, longer run cycles, weak performance in heat waves, and finally the compressor, the priciest component in the machine.

What service restores

Airflow back at spec, faster cycles, a quieter kitchen, and margin for the hottest week of the year.

Good to know.

How often should this happen?

Annually at minimum, twice a year with shedding pets. Nothing else you can buy this machine returns more per dollar.

Is a household vacuum enough?

It helps at the grille and stops there. The coil face, the fan blades, and the airflow verification need panels off and proper tools. We regularly repair fins bent by home brushing.

Is this part of the maintenance plan?

It is the core of it, alongside gasket inspection, temperature calibration, and a burner and oven checkup.
